Pharrell, Chris Martin e altri per BBC Music - God Only Knows dei Beach Boys

In occasione del lancio di BBC Music, la rete televisiva britannica è riuscita a mettere insieme alcuni dei più grandi nomi della musica mondiale per realizzare una cover EPICA di "God Only Knows" dei .

Si parte con il personaggio dell'anno, Pharrell Williams, che scende lungo una rampa di scale, seguito poi da diversi artisti come ricoperto di farfalle, con le ali da angelo e all'interno di una bolla che galleggia sopra l'orchestra.

Si prosegue con Emeli Sandé, Chris Martin, Florence Welch, Stevie Wonder, Geri Halliwell, Brian May, One Direction, Paloma Faith, Dave Grohl, Jake Bugg, Sam Smith e si finisce con Brian Wilson dei Beach Boys al pianoforte.

Il video ha un'impostazione molto teatrale, ma grazie agli effetti speciali sembra di vivere in una favola tra mongolfiere, tigri e altalene sulle nuvole. Il risultato finale è un vero sogno ad occhi aperti che solleva lo spirito anche per un altro motivo: tutti i proventi della canzone andranno in beneficenza all'organizzazione Children In Need.
