Sia, ascolta il nuovo singolo Alive che era destinato ad Adele

Dopo la scorpacciata dell'anno scorso con "Chandelier", che ha ricevuto 4 nomination ai Grammy Awards 2015, tra cui anche miglior video grazie alla performance di Maddie Zigler, Sia è finalmente tornata con un nuovo singolo.

Il brano si intitola "Alive", è uscito oggi (24 settembre) ed è già disponibile per lo streaming audio su YouTube e VEVO, mentre sarà acquistabile su tutti i principali digital store a partire da domani (25 settembre).

È stato scritto in origine per l'imminente terzo album di Adele, ma non si sa per quale motivo è stato respinto dall'etichetta discografica. E così Sia ha deciso di tenerlo per sé, proprio come aveva fatto con "Chandelier" che era destinato a Rihanna o .

Parla della vita di Adele, così ora mi ritrovo a cantare una canzone dal punto di vista di Adele. È la prima canzone di questo nuovo progetto. 

"Alive", quindi, è diventato il singolo apripista di "This Is Acting", il nuovo disco dell'artista australiana - il settimo in carriera - che dovrebbe uscire entro la fine dell'anno.
