Hymn For The Weekend: dal 5 febbraio in radio il nuovo singolo dei Coldplay

Dopo il – brano tra i più passati in radio e già certificato Disco di Platino da FIMI –, da venerdì 5 febbraio arriva nelle radio il nuovo singolo dei Coldplay, Hymn For The Weekend. Secondo estratto dal settimo album della band, il pezzo si presenta come un brano dall’anima gioiosa, incarnata in un titolo che ne coglie il senso più autentico.

Per questo brano, è stato pensato un videoclip estremamente colorato girato a Mumbai e diretto da  Ben Mor. Già lanciato sul web, nella clip Chris Martin e compagni hanno coinvolto star di prim’ordine, come la bellissima  e la diva di Bollywood Sonam Kapoor, che compare in piccolo cameo. Sarà anche grazie alla loro presenza che la clip ha superato 15 milioni di visualizzazioni in due giorni?

Mentre si godono il successo di “A Head Full Of Dreams” – in vetta su iTunes in oltre 90 paesi e Doppio Platino in Italia – e gli ultimi riconoscimenti ricevuti – il Godlike Genius Award ai 2016 NME Awards e le nomination come Best British Album e Best British Group ai BRITs 2016 –, i Coldplay si preparano a esibirsi all’ambitissimo “half time” del Super Bowl a Santa Clara (California), il 7 febbraio. Li attende, poi, un lungo tour negli stadi in America Latina, negli USA e  in Europa, dove saranno live per quattro date al Wembley Stadium di Londra.
